Fair play

Effective date: October 25, 2026
Version: 2.0

Tudys leagues are free and played for points, so all that's on the line is a good game. These rules keep it fair for everyone. They are part of our Terms.

1. One person, one wallet, per league

  • Play each league with one wallet. Don't join the same league with several wallets to cover more outcomes, take more places on the table or fill it up.
  • A league's owner can allow otherwise, for example a family sharing one wallet or a test league. If the owner says it's fine, it's fine in their league.
  • Don't play someone else's wallet for them without their permission.

2. Play it straight

You must not:

  • use bots, scripts or other automation to join leagues, pick, send requests to join or invites at scale, or get around rate limits;
  • scrape the Platform beyond normal use, or try to see other players' picks before kickoff;
  • exploit a bug, a wrong kickoff time or wrong points on offer instead of reporting it;
  • work with other players, or league staff, to fix a table; or
  • buy, sell or trade accounts, picks, places on a table or invites, or organise bets, wagers or prizes around a Tudys league.

3. Be decent

  • No harassment, threats, hate or sexual content in league names, descriptions, notes, nicknames, invite labels or messages sent with a request to join.
  • Don't reveal anyone's real identity or private information without their consent, including through a nickname.
  • Don't impersonate Tudys, a platform admin or another player, and don't post links meant to trick people into signing something.
  • Don't spam: one request to join a league is enough, and invites go only to people who want them.

4. How leagues are moderated

League owners and co-owners look after their own league. They can:

  • remove a member (who can be restored later) or ban one (a banned wallet can't rejoin that league);
  • give or change members' nicknames;
  • delete notes, revoke invite links and wallet invites; and
  • decline a request to join. A wallet that was declined can't ask that league again.

An owner or co-owner can't be removed or banned as a member; only the owner (or a platform admin) can take away a co-owner's role. Staff should moderate in good faith, for a reason, and never to change who wins.

Platform admins look after the whole Platform. They can act as staff in any league, hide a league (it then shows as "Unavailable league"), stop featuring it, close it, transfer it to a new owner, and remove its content. They can also revoke a wallet's approval to create leagues. Admin actions are recorded in an audit log.

How we look for abuse: we review reports, league activity and our audit logs, which record the wallet, the action, and the IP address and browser of each important request (see the Privacy Policy). We don't use device fingerprints or risk scores.

5. Report a problem

  • A member of your league: if you run the league, use the Members tab in the league's console. If you don't, tell the league's owner.
  • A league, its owner or its content, or anything a league's staff won't fix: email [SUPPORT EMAIL TO BE ADDED] with the league's link, the wallet addresses involved and what happened.
  • A bug or security issue: email the same address. Please don't exploit it or share it publicly before we've fixed it.
  • A site or message pretending to be Tudys: see the Testnet notice, and tell us.

If you think a moderation decision about you was wrong, write to us with your wallet address and why. A league's staff decide who plays in their league; we step in when the Terms or these rules are broken.
